To make every visit pleasant and safe, a few simple rules apply:

• Let’s shop and enjoy food as well as entertainment together! However pets are allowed inside “AKROPOLE Riga” with visitors over 16 years old.
• Pets are welcome in all common areas, such as the alleys and recreation areas of the shopping centre. To enter certain shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, etc. with your pet, look for the special green “paw” markings at the entrance or ask the staff.
• Safe environment: when walking or carrying a four-legged family member, be sure to use a leash or a carrier. Use of a muzzle is mandatory for dangerous dogs (as defined by current legislation). The leash cannot be longer than 1 metre.
• Hygiene: please, in such a case, collect and clean your pet’s excrement and urine in accordance with hygiene rules.
• Please encourage your pet to express its opinion softly into your ear rather than out loud while in an “AKROPOLE Riga” shopping centre.
• Lifts and escalators: before using the lift, ask other visitors whether they don’t mind your four-legged friend; and when using the escalators and travelators you must hold your pet in your arms.
• Responsibility: Make sure your pet behaves in a friendly manner: you are responsible for its safety and its behaviour. Do not leave your pet unattended in the common spaces and territory of “AKROPOLE Riga” shopping centre, except for special areas provided for this purpose. Visitors are prohibited from walking their pets or allowing their pets to go to the children’s playground on the territory of the shopping centre.
